Holland & Barrett associates are now officially ‘Qualified to Advise’.

Their associates undergo a comprehensive training programme through the Holland & Barrett Natural Health Academy. The training programme is set-up to ensure our customers have access to clear, concise and up-to-date information to help them confidently make informed decisions about the products they may want to include in their nutritional supplement regime.

On successful completion of the intensive training programme, which typically takes 12 months to complete, associates attain a nationally recognised QCF qualification. This means that their customers can take comfort in the knowledge that the advice they are given, by one of their thousands of qualified associates, has been validated with a nationally recognised qualification.

Qualified to advise Holland & Barrett store associates are able to advise customers and answer questions on a huge range of Holland & Barrett supplements, knowledgeably helping the customer to find the products they want.
